Good moooooooooning guys☀️

I can finally take off my brace when I’m inside the house. Yay!
I’ve been walking every day and doing my rehab.

And I realized...the human body is truly amazing😳

On Monday, my right leg was super skinny… but by Friday, it had already come back this much. That’s just five days! The recovery speed is unbelievable!!!

Hey! How are you doing?

I’m currently living life with crutches and heavy boots.
It’s been 5 weeks since I tore my Achilles tendon.
it’s healing naturally! Goooood new💝

Every week, my doctor removes one black layer inside the boot.
It’s designed to adjust the angle little by little to help stretch the tendon.
So yep, everything’s going smoothly!

Even though I’m in this situation, next week’s video will be about Japanese Self-Care Habits! 😂

Hey everyone! How’s it going?
Well… I did it again 🤣

Just when I thought my breathing was finally getting better and I could get back to normal life, I’m back in the hospital🚑

I haven’t had the MRI yet, but it looks like either a tendon or muscle tear. Yeah… I went a little too hard at the local sports day 🥲

Collapsed lung, torn muscle… most people would call that super unlucky, right? But you know, everything happens for a reason. I’m actually learning so much from this experience—so yeah, I’d say I’m lucky!

I’ve got this feeling that once I get through this, something amazing is waiting on the other side 🌸

So let’s stay positive!

It’s been a while—yes, I’m alive😁haha

Since my surgery, I’ve been slowly getting better.
But because the nerves connected to my lungs are still paralyzed, breathing feels heavy and I can’t sleep well at night.

The good news is I can walk again, and even talk a little more now.
But still, I can only work on videos little by little✨

Being able to breathe, being able to sleep at night—
I’m realizing those simple things are already such a blessing☀️

Quick update🥲🙌

After I left the hospital, I was slowly getting better…
But few days ago, I suddenly couldn’t breathe well and couldn’t even walk.

I got really scared and thought, “Oh no… is there a hole in my lung again?”

I rushed into the hospital and got a CT scan—
Good news, it wasn’t a collapsed 🫁.

But the doctor said the nerves that help my lungs move aren’t working well because of the surgery.

It’s still hard to breathe unless I’m lying down, so I’m mostly staying in bed now.

I think I have to be taking a little more break from YouTube…😂
