2 reasons why I make videos. This 1st will surprise you
#1 It gets me out of my introvert shell
Yeah. I'm an introvert. These videos help me get out of my comfort zone. It gets easier because...
#2 I love to teach
It's thrilling! When I find something that works—from brand building to business to time management—I MUST share it.
I started and run 2 7-figure media companies
I wrote 3 best-selling books
I travel the globe as a keynote speaker
I'm featured by AMEX Biz Class, CNBC’s MakeIt, The Tamron Hall Show, Business Insider, and more
Most importantly, I design work around my life. Even being able to stay home with my 2 daughters for the first year of their lives
Just because I built a platform and took my power back.
All this AFTER dropping out of college, quitting my job, and leading everyone to believe I wouldn't amount to much.
And we're just getting started.
If you want help building your platform and your business, DM me COACH on Instagram to see if you're a fit.

I made a MASSIVE announcement to my YouTube channel last week.
After nearly a year of waiting…
…the Good Morning Good Life 12-Month Undated Planner is finally making its comeback to the shop! 📒
We’re restocking all 4 colorways of the planner for 2025 and as a thank you for patiently waiting all this time, I dropped the pre-launch price *stupid* low.
Offer is only good on the first 500 planners we sell (and that number is dwindling quickly…) before August 15th!

🕒 Maximizing Your 24 Hours: Insights from Arnold Bennett's Philosophy 🕒
Ever wonder why some people seem to thrive within the same 24 hours that leave others struggling? Let's dive into the secret behind high performers' success, inspired by Arnold Bennett's classic book, ‘How to Live on 24 Hours a Day’.
🌟 The High Performer vs. The Average Person
The Average Person's Day:
- 🛌 Sleep
- 🏢 Work (9 to 5)
- 🏠 Commute
- 📺 Unwind with Netflix
- 😴 Poor sleep patterns
The High Performer's Day:
- 🛌 Quality, intentional sleep
- 🏢 Focused work periods
- 🚗 Productive commutes (podcasts, learning)
- 🧘 Intentional downtime
- 📚 Personal growth activities
🔑 The Core Difference
Bennett’s Philosophy:
1. Set Boundaries for Work:
- Treat work as one block of your day. Avoid letting it bleed into your personal time.
2. Intentional Living:
- Plan your day with clear intentions for each segment.
3. Maximize Margins:
- Use commute and downtime for positive activities that enrich your life.
📚 Inspired Reading
I was recently recommended Arnold Bennett's book and couldn't put it down. Bennett, an English author, and one of the forefathers of personal development, shares timeless wisdom on making the most out of our day.

🔄 Practical Steps
1. Boundaries:
- Clearly delineate your work hours. When you're working, focus solely on work.
2. Morning Routine:
- Start your day without distractions. Avoid social media and news first thing.
3. Evening Routine:
- Don’t let the evening be consumed by work thoughts. Engage in activities that refresh and relax you.
🧠 Arnold Bennett’s Wisdom
On Task Completion:
"Once you've decided to achieve a certain task, achieve it at all costs."
On Intentional Living:
"A program must be respected but not worshipped as a fetish."
🎯 Your Takeaway
By following Bennett’s advice, you can transform how you live within your 24 hours:
- Set Clear Boundaries: Separate work from personal life.
- Live Intentionally: Plan and enjoy each part of your day.
- Maximize Every Moment: Use even the small pockets of time effectively.

I hope these insights help you thrive within your 24 hours! For more detailed guidance, check out *How to Live on 24 Hours a Day* by Arnold Bennett. 📖
By structuring your day intentionally, you can transform from an average person to a high performer. Ready to make the most of your 24 hours?

If you're on the wrong climb right now...
Sometimes, we put our ladder on a building and begin the climb, only to find out halfway up that it’s the wrong building.
It’s okay if you realize you need to pivot but can’t do it right now. You need to make good on the decisions you've made.
Make a note of the building you want to move your ladder to because that day will come.
But don’t discount the rest of your current climb.
You don’t know what the second half of this ladder holds for you yet. Whatever happens will be valuable for you to take forward on any journey.
When the time comes, you can take the elevator down and move that ladder to the right place.
You’ll begin to climb again.
And you’ll be more prepared, committed, and experienced when you do.
Make good decisions and then see them through to the best of your ability. It will always pay off.
