Later, I transitioned to commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis and launched Bella Terra Partners, specializing in tenant representation and office transactions from 2008 to 2023. But in 2023, I had a breakthrough—I wasn’t owning the properties I worked on.

At the same time, I built and scaled a multi-site direct primary care business, which we sold to private equity in 2024, giving me the freedom to focus on real estate investment.

I shifted gears, joined a mentorship program, and today I own a hotel, invest in multifamily properties, run a land business, and provide real estate lending.
