年三十晚通常都是和家人聚在一起，一起吃一頓大餐。這意味著今年有一個好的開始。飯後我們還會一起吃湯圓作甜點，象徵團圓、甜蜜、幸福。

我今晚做了9道素菜🤩😎
1）髮菜冬菇炆鮑魚
2）純素蝦素牛肉包豆腐皮紙
3）大白菜福袋
4）竹笙蔬菜
5）自製素白切雞
6）紅燒自製素東坡肉
7) 自製素叉燒酥
8）自製炸純素鮑魚或魷魚
9）盆菜（過年必備菜餚，有吉祥喜慶、五穀豐登之意，象徵和諧繁榮。）

Happy Chinese New Year 🧧

It’s new year eve! And today we usually gather with family and eat a big meals together. This means a good start of the year. We will also eat a glutinous rice balls dessert together after the meal, which symbolizes reunion, sweetness, and happiness.

I’ve made 9 dishes for my family 🤩😎

1）Braised Abalone, shiitake mushrooms with Black Moss
2）Vegan Shrimp with soy beef tofu skin paper wraps
3）Lucky Bag made with Chinese cabbage 🥬
4）Veggies with bamboo fungus
5）Homemade White cut vegan chicken
6）Chinese braised homemade vegan pork belly （Dongpo)
7) Homemade BBQ vegan pork Puff
8）Deep fried homemade vegan abalone or squid
9）Poon Choi (This is an indispensable dish for the Lunar New Year, which has the meaning of auspicious celebration and abundance of food. Symbolises harmony and prosperity.

Happy New Year! May the Year of the Dragon be filled with confidence and courage. Wishing you all prosperity and joy!

簡單的純素鰻魚飯🍚有人說它看起來像臘肉🥓😂 我冰箱裡還有一些剩下的白米飯和一個茄子，所以我決定做這個。

Simple vegan eel rice 🍚some say it looks like preserved bacon 🥓 😂

I have some left over white rice in the fridge and an eggplant, so I’ve decided to make this quickly. Just brushes some sweet soy sauce sauce on the eggplants 🍆 and baked a bit that’s all! Super simple! I’ve made a full video on this in my YouTube channel. I will put it in the link from my IG profile above. 👆🏻👍🏻

A friends Shiba dog was lost near Toronto Midland in Scarborough Finch this evening. It is a yellow medium-sized dog. If you see it, please call Mr Yeung 4164003399.
The dog name is “shoufu”

Last seen in Alexmuir Blvd Neighbour around 9pm tonight July 11, 2021 (it seems to like Cleadon Rd and Evansville area)
