Currently reading this book - Our Thoughts Determine Our Lives: The Life and Teachings of Elder Thaddeus of Vitovnica. It will teach you to be super careful with what you think and feel. I have underestimated the power of thought. Most think that thought doesnt reach beyond ourselves. However, the thought is an active force that effects the world and people around us. A thought goes on equal with a spoken word. Be careful what you think, especially in your closest circle - family, work...not to harm your closest ones.
