Easy sport - Invidious

Easy Sport is a channel about springboard diving (1m and 3m) and the biggest diving competitions.

Each video adds context that helps viewers understand the sport: technique breakdowns (approach, hurdle, takeoff, flight, and entry), judging criteria, degree of difficulty, and common execution mistakes. The goal is educational, respectful commentary — explaining why certain dives score higher, what makes an entry clean, and how performance can be improved.

What you’ll find on this channel:
- Competition commentary and post-event analysis
- Technique and judging explanations for fans, athletes, and coaches
- Constructive critique focused on performance, not personal attacks
- Clear, original voice and insights in every upload

If you enjoy diving and want deeper understanding — subscribe and follow Easy Sport.

An armstand, or handstand position, is a unique, required category of dive performed exclusively in platform diving (5-meter, 7.5-meter, and 10-meter towers). It involves establishing a stable vertical handstand on the edge of the platform before initiating a dive, often with the diver’s back to the water.
