Obaid Khan, a talented musician from KP, has emerged as a rising star in the music industry. With a master's degree in anthropology, Khan's early passion for singing led him to win numerous local competitions during his school days. Self-taught and determined, he jumped into the professional singing stream and collaborated with well-known artists from Pakistan, injecting a fresh edge into Pashto folk singing. Khan's innovative approach and artistic finesse have given the genre a new shape, making him a captivating force in the music scene and an inspiration for aspiring musicians. Now he is part of Pakistan’s renowned international band “Khumariyaan” as a lead vocalist
