We've made the decision to "make do and carry on" with the damaged hull!
The water from the ice storm was significant inside the hull, indicating that it is likely seaworthy.
The damage to the gunnels is permanent, but cosmetic.
We don't get super-big waves here, so we think we don't need the windshield.
We're planning to carefully pull the trailer out, carefully load the boat on a new trailer, launch, and make sure we're not taking on water. Probably going to head home on the trolling motor after that.
Provided all indicators are good, we'll re-mount the motors as planned!

So something awesome happened today!
The motors need a little adjustment to their operating height, but it's definitely a really cool machine to work with!
