Growing up I was terrified of heights. 4 years ago I challenged myself to walk this single plank bridge 100 metres over the forest. I was shaking like crazy and it took me over an hour to complete but one step at a time… I did it! This came up on my Facebook today as a memory and reminded me I neeed to take on more challenges and try even more new things and keep facing my fears!

In today’s video we are back in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur. The vibrant beating heart of KL. Incredible to think this was all just over the road from me! I do miss it! BUT the Pedestrian Crossings do turn green a heck of a lot quicker in the UK!

Just a snippet of some of the things to explore in Doha City! Personally I preferred the downtown area with Souq Waqif with a camel park on the side of the street, and the surrounding Corniche (promenade). A very fascinating city!

I have had an amazing time in Kuala Lumpur despite all the health issues. I will miss the buzz and vibrancy and most of all the culture. I have absolutely been blown away by how inclusive and respectful of others Malaysians are and how kind and welcoming they have been to me. A very special place indeed and I am sure I will be back!
