I visited Red Rock Canyon and did the boardwalk at Calico Basin and the 13 mile scenic drive and lookouts. A lovely way to explore the area and avoid the stiffling heat! The landscapes were awesome!

A stop at Cactus Joe's (Blue Diamond Garden Centre) ended up being a morning trip! It was full of amazing quirky sculptures - just my cup of tea. Loved it and its a free activity to do and they even gave me a free bottle of water!

What a lovely place The Linq Promenade is to just stroll around in Las Vegas and this is where you can zipline and take the high roller, but otherwise just wander around the shops and restaurants and bars.

The Venetian in Las Vegas and the Grande Canal Shops are just stunning! Now we know its not the real Italy, but its a very good tribute and very beautiful to explore (and it is huge)!

The Wynn Resort in las Vegas has one of the best foyers I found on the Strip and was like walking through a wonderland. Definitely worth visiting and checking out the waterfalls at the front.
