NEW VIDEOS WED • FRI • SUN — 6PM UK. After selling everything I owned in the UK, I retired early and set off to slow travel the world on a budget. This channel follows my first year navigating life after retirement — exploring Asia while learning how travel, health, and reality don’t always go to plan.
I share honest travel vlogs, real cost of living breakdowns, and what it’s really like to retire early and live abroad — including adapting to slow travel, mobility challenges, and an autoimmune diagnosis along the way.
There’s no luxury, no rushing, and no pretending everything is perfect. Just real experiences, affordable travel, and learning how to build a simpler life one step at a time.
Subscribe if you’re interested in retirement travel, slow travel, living abroad, or navigating big life changes later in life — even when things don’t go as expected. 🌏

Bradford on Avon surprised me. It was so picturesque. Beautiful old buildings and a Saxon Church dating back to 1000 AD.
While I was there, I ended up joining the Sabeel Wave of Prayer service which was really moving, even though it was only about 10 minutes long, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming.
This part of England has really blown me away with its natural beauty and incredible history. I wold definitely come back here!

The Warminster Thing! 🛸
In 1964 the residents of Warminster spotted seeing hovering lights and cigar-shaped objects in the skies over Cley Hill along with eerie sounds and other phenomenon throughout the town. These sightings made Warminster a hotspot for UFO enthusiasts during the 1960's and 1970's.
This unusual activity was never explained and in 2017, further UFO activity was spotted! This mural was painted to commemorate 60 years since the first sightings.
I find all this really fascinating! 👻 🛸

Finally got to visit Frome. Such a beautiful medieval market town in Somerset that has retained a lot of it’s history. Walking through Cheap Street and Gentle Street is like being back in time! A lovely day out!

My little buddies for these couple of weeks. Very cute and easy to look after. They wait at the top of the stairs for me every morning, follow me around and climb over my laptop when they want treats and I can’t hold a glass of milk without them trying to get it from me! Loving their characters! 🐈⬛ 🐈

What has been your favourite wild animal experience? My top 3 are
1. Seeing a male lion in Uganda. He was sat by the side of the road so I was able to see him close up. It was a big tick off my bucket list!
2. Seeing Gorillas in the wild in Uganda. Being so close was a surreal experience.
3. Getting up and close to a salt water crocodile. Even from my tank I was so close and the snap of their jaws was deafening!
Over to you!
