Google is shutting down Call Only ads and many advertisers still rely on them.
This change affects businesses that depend on direct phone calls for leads.
Call Only ads used to show your number on mobile and send users straight to the dialer.
They also provided clear call reporting inside the dashboard.
Google will remove the option to create new Call Only ads in February 2026.
All remaining Call Only ads will stop in February 2027.
They may run until then, but performance will likely drop as the format gets phased out.
