The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) is a not-for-profit trade association supporting over 14,000 real estate professionals doing business in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Orange counties, the Bronx and Manhattan.
The Association was founded in 1916 as the Westchester County Board of Realtors, which later became the Westchester Putnam Association of Realtors.
HGAR is the second largest Realtor Association in New York, and one of the largest in the country.
The Association co-owns OneKey™ MLS. OneKey™ MLS, one of the largest REALTOR® subscriber-based MLS’s in the country, is dedicated to servicing more than 41,000 real estate professionals that serve Manhattan, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange,Sullivan, Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.
