I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all your kind words, prayers, messages, and gifts. Your love has filled my heart with so much joy that words can hardly express. God bless every one of you who celebrated me in my love language.

This year, leading up to my birthday, I faced one of my biggest fears—a death scare that triggered deep-seated anxieties. The fear of losing loved ones and the trauma of past losses have often cast a shadow over my heart. Last year was especially tough, knowing my mother was the same age when she passed away.

But in these moments, God has always given me strength and comfort through His word, which I’ll be sharing with those who, like me, battle with anxiety. Remember, no matter how daunting the obstacle before you may seem, it will pass. Cast all your cares on God, and He will sustain you.

I’m so blessed to be surrounded by family and friends whose love fills any void. The world may be tough, but God knows this, and He’s given me people who genuinely care for me, making me feel whole.

To anyone struggling with anxiety, know that love and peace are within reach. Stay grounded, soak in the love around you, and cheers to a beautiful life ahead 🥂

Hi Suwa Squad,

It’s been more than two weeks, and two Saturdays have passed without a new video. Not because I can’t, but because I’ve been terribly ill. My plan was to drop two videos this week to make up for it, but my health had other plans.

I’ve stopped taking medications because I feel they were also triggering my symptoms. I wanted to let my community know that at any point I feel a little stronger, I’ll proceed to edit and post. But my health keeps receding, making it difficult to stay consistent.

I miss you all and your incredible support. Please bear with me during this tough time. Your positive thoughts and prayers mean the world to me. I can’t wait to be back stronger and better, sharing the content we all love.

Who has seen this video? Can you believe it took me flipping the pancakes four times to get it right? 😄 This is the first time I’ve made pancakes in years, and they turned out so fluffy! My new hairdo looks amazing too; I can’t believe it held up so well. Fingers crossed it lasts because my natural hair rarely stays neat in cornrows. I've been promising myself (and you all) to be more consistent here, but for the past few days, I just can't seem to finish editing a single video. I keep filming, but when it comes to editing, I hit a wall. It's not quite a creative block, but it’s been frustrating!

So, I decided to share this picture from two days ago instead. It’s the only real-time picture I have at the moment. I got BIAB done for the first time and the experience was pretty good, the pain was totally bearable.
