I get a lot of people asking-- or throwing a little shade-- about why I use the God Console/cheats so much in ARK. Here’s the honest truth: for me, cheats and mods are the meat and cheese of the sandwich. Without them, the game is just a bit too boring. I'm a fast paced person, some sort of speed runner. I'm here for the thrill not the boring bits and pieces.
I see admin commands as a pure quality-of-life feature. It’s built into the game, it’s there, so why not use it to skip the boring grinds and get straight to the fun stuff like I mentioned? Life is too short to play games in a way that bores you just to please total strangers. Play the game your way, let me play it mine, and let's just enjoy some ARK!
ALSOOOO I don't actually use em as much as y'all think, bcuz I tweak the game settings or ini. settings anyways to fit my play style. The admin cheats/commands or whatever else, are for things I have NO control over. Get that in yo heads pls😭🙏

I LITERALLY JUST GOT FLASH-BANGED BY THUNDER, AND AFTER THAT THE MOST LOUD AND EXPLOSIVE THUNDERCLAP I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE (literally 5 army cannons shot at once and a few more followed after) IT WAS SO LOUD AND INSANE IT MADE MY SKIN CRAWL AND MY STOMACH FLIP (I am NOT exaggerating) IM SO MAD I WASN'T ABLE TO GET A RECORDING OF IT MAN-- THATS A ONCE IN A LIFE-TIME THUNDERCLAP😭😭😭

Guys. I'm literally failing college as we speak. My work isn't good enough, and im too slow and unmotivated, idk what to do. I'm incredibly angry and frustrated right now. In 30 mins I'll go home from college and probably call my mom to vent to her. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RECOVER- I don't have ADHD meds to help me out- Im so stressed out my hair be falling like I'm doing chemo😭 it's also turning white in some spots lol.
