A man, tased by police officers, was engulfed by fire. Arkansas State Police have released dash camera video of the October 13th incident. Police say a trooper attempted to pull over a man on a motorcycle who was allegedly driving without a state license plate. Flames erupted after the officer’s taser was fired. Authorities say the backpack the motorcyclist was wearing contained about a gallon of gasoline.
