Mera channel “ Shaan Lens” kuch technical issues ki wajah se problem mein aa gaya tha, and unfortunately it was also banned for a while. Ab channel recover ho chuka hai, but I don’t want to take any further risk by uploading there again.
Isliye bina kisi risk ke, I’ve decided to start everything from scratch with this new channel. Ye mera second channel hai, and yahan maine apni ek purani series ko ek naye naam aur completely re-edited version ke saath upload kiya hai.

First of all, jo thumbnail design ko lekar mujh par allegations lagaye ja rahe hain, us basis par mujhe judge karna honestly doesn’t make sense. Woh design already Colors TV se publicly associated hai aur ek app/Google par publicly available hai, so it’s not something that one person can claim as their exclusive property. Aisi publicly available cheez ko use karne ke basis par mujhe “copy” bolna is not fair.

Secondly, raj is saying that maine “Naag Kanya” ka logo “Naag Pratigya” se copy kiya. Let me clear this once again — dono logos Gemini AI se generated hain. Aakash ne bhi Gemini use kiya tha aur maine bhi Gemini use kiya. Kabhi-kabhi same ya similar prompts dene par AI naturally similar elements generate kar deta hai, especially when the prompt includes a Naagin/snake-themed design. Maine Aakash ko iska proof already diya hua hai, and he himself has admitted that the designs are somewhat different and that I had also tried to make mine different. So isse intentionally copying ke tarah present karna doesn't make sense.

Aur agar copying ki baat hi karni hai, toh let's talk about the complete history, not just one side. Aakash ne bhi raj ko past mein bhi kaafi baar call out kiya hai, but at the same time, uska ek old channel “Shesh Naagin” naam se tha, jahan usne meri “Rudra Naagin” show ki story ko A to Z tak kaafi heavily copy kiya tha — ye cheez us waqt kaafi logon ne dekhi thi. Unfortunately raj ka purana channel deleted hai mere paas ab iska proper proof nahi hainuska. jo log “Shesh Naagin” dekh chuke hain, they know what I’m talking about. And slowly slowly he was copying all the stuff from my old channel. And now Aur ab tumhare current channel ki "Him Naagin" series mein bhi "Rudra Naagin" se inspired elements aur similarities nazar aati hain — especially logo styling aur overall presentation mein. And also i did a character in his Shesh Naagin Series agar mere intensions galat hotey ya aisa kuch to pehle
Me isska character nahi karta. I thought its gonna be NAAGIN VS DRAGON but….

So agar allegations lagane hain, toh please complete context ke saath lagao. Sirf meri side ki similarities highlight karke mujhe copycat portray karna is not fair. AI-generated content mein similarities happen kar sakti hain, publicly available designs ko koi bhi use kar sakta hai, aur har similarity ka matlab intentional copying nahi hota.
