Is it ok ,to for some reason think itās your fault everything happens? I donāt know why but sometimes I feel like my friends donāt really like me,and think Iām annoying. I can feel really uncomfortable,talking with them or even showing my interests to them /expressing them even though they know I like those things and ,have never said anything wrong about them.
For some reason I feel like I ruin or just bother them even though I know they donāt think that. I should always know that butā¦I donāt knowā¦I just feel separateā¦like they secretly hate me. I feel like I canāt tell them things that, I know I should be comfortable with, and I think itās affecting me because,I havenāt been eating lately ,my parents ask if Iām ok, but I just say I am when I really donāt knowā¦Iāll only eat maybe once or twice a day , Iāve been getting slightly better but I donāt know.
