Fulmer's Farmstead and General Store

Fulmer's Farmstead is tucked away in rural Beaumont, Mississippi about 30 minutes east of Hattiesburg. Among the pecan trees, you'll find the general store, Garden Shop, historic cabins, horse barn, livestock, gardens, vacation rentals, RV sites. Vintage farm equipment & nostalgic memorabilia are scattered throughout.

In any given season you can find chickens & pigeons roosting. We also raise cows, goats, & pigs. Farm dogs & cats roam the orchard freely. Don’t miss the strong & majestic Percheron draft horses that do the hard work of plowing the gardens for our homegrown veggies.

The General Store is open 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Saturday. Hot plate lunches are served from 11 am - 2 pm. Don’t forget a sweet treat to go made by our in-house baker.

In December, we host a classic Christmas dinner and winter celebration for all to enjoy. And we've been home to the Mississippi Pecan Festival in September since 1986!

Fulmer's Farmstead and General Store

We've had a tough summer at the farm. And focused family time quickly became paramount. This week we say goodbye to our matriarch. Mrs. Fulmer will be remembered for her laughter and tenacity.

As a girl, she probably never imagined the vibrant community that she would go on to foster. In her honor we will joyfully continue to nurture the land, life, and welcoming spirit of her beloved home. ❤️
