किशोरवयीन विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये व्यसन परावृत्ती साठी *संयम SAIYAM (Self Awareness in Youth for Anti Addiction Motive) JP Way* या प्रकल्पाची आखणी केली आहे. ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी संशोधन संस्था पुणे आणि संवादिनी, (स्त्रीशक्ती प्रबोधन) गटाच्या सहकार्याने, माध्यमिक शिक्षण विभाग, जि. प. लातूर, रोटरी क्लब 3132 लातूर, नॅचरल इंडस्ट्रीज लातूर, भारतीय स्त्री शक्ती संघटना लातूर आणि दयानंद शिक्षण संस्था लातूर यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने दि. २४ ते २७ जून २०२६ रोजी संयम प्रशिक्षक प्रशिक्षण घेण्यात आले.
एकुण ६५ माध्यमिक शिक्षक आणि स्वयंसेवकांनी संपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केले.
या प्रशिक्षणात व्यक्तीमत्व विकसन, सौंदर्य, मैत्री, आपले आरोग्य, स्वनियमन, प्रसार माध्यमे, व्यसनपरावृत्ती, ध्येय निश्चिती, लैंगिक दुर्वतन हे विषय शिक्षकांना विविध कृती खेळ, गटचर्चा, रोल प्ले, गाणी, गोष्टी अशा विविध माध्यमांतून शिकवण्यात आले. चार दिवस हे प्रशिक्षण घेतल्यानंतर त्यांनी वरील सर्व सत्र आपल्या शाळेत घ्यायचे आहेत. त्यासाठी त्यांना ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी संशोधन संस्थेद्वारे 'कल्याण मित्र' (Mentors) ची उपलब्धता करून देण्यात आली आहे.
आपल्या Mentor ना Online पध्दतीने सर्व प्रशिक्षित शिक्षक नमुना प्रात्यक्षिक करुन दाखवून मगच विद्यार्थ्यांना संयम विषयांचे प्रशिक्षण देणार आहेत. सुमारे १२ ते १४ घड्याळी तासिकांमधून पुढील दोन अडीच महिन्यात विद्यार्थ्यांना हे प्रशिक्षण देण्यात येईल.
प्रशिक्षणोत्तर मार्गदर्शन, वैयक्तिक लक्ष, अभ्यासक्रमाच्या पुस्तिका आणि online मार्गदर्शन ही या प्रशिक्षणाची वैशिष्ट्ये आहेत. किशोरवयीन विद्यार्थी आणि शिक्षक यांच्या ज्ञानात भर घालणारे आणि व्यक्तीमत्त्वात सकारात्मक बदल घडण्यास उपयुक्त असे हे प्रशिक्षण आहे.
