小学生～高校生の時にガールスカウトに12年間所属。ミャンマーの難民支援のほか、東北の防災キャンペーンのリーダーを務めた。大学時代は地方の過疎化と労働人口を研究し、その経験を活かせるポートへ入社。法人営業を経て、現在に至る。
持田 伊織 - Iori Mochida -
大学時代、「目の前のお客様に励ましを送る」ことを指針としていたゴスペル部で日々活動。大学卒業後も目の前にいる人の潜在的な可能性を広げていきたいとの思いから、キャリア領域を事業の柱とするポートに新卒として入社。キャリアアドバイザーとして活躍し、現在は面接など選考対策を就活生に指導するポジションを担う
辻 華菜子 - Kanako Tsuji -
大学時代は、東日本大震災をきっかけに発足したボランティアサークルに所属。毎年、東北の小学校を訪問し企画したレクリエーションや実験で子どもたちと交流をしていました。ポートに新卒入社。悔いが残らない選択のサポートをしていきます。
米塚 里菜 - Rina Yoneduka -
1993年埼玉県生まれ。東証一部上場の大手小売企業に新卒入社、新人社員・アルバイトの育成責任者を務める。その後、キャリアパークを運営するポートに入社し、年間約800人の学生のキャリア支援を通じて、多くの学生を納得内定に導く。現在は人材系企業を対象にプロモーション企画の立案をはじめとして、マーケティング全般のサポートに携わっている。
