An eclectic dining nook with a built-in library as the backdrop, where color takes center stage. Muted teal built-ins anchor the room, framing shelves of books and curios, while a sunburst-yellow portrait glows against a terracotta backdrop. At the centre, a custom oak wood dining table sits in intentional contrast with teak wood chairs — two textures, two tones, working together rather than matching. Olive green upholstered chairs add a quiet richness, while the striped banquette in warm ochre and rust picks up the same palette, wrapping the space in cozy, layered warmth. Add in skylights that wash the whole scene in natural light, and you get a space that feels characterful, collected, and entirely lived-in.
