My phone broke two weeks ago, and it was really frustrating being disconnected from everything such as messages, calls, and daily tasks. It all happened while I was playing cricket. I had kept my phone inside my backpack near the field, and during the game, the bag accidentally fell to the ground. To make matters worse, my bicycle, which was leaning against the bag, tipped over and landed right on it. The impact damaged the phone badly. Since that was my only phone, I lost all access to my apps, contacts, and social media. I couldn’t even respond to important messages or keep up with anything online. It was a tough couple of weeks managing without it, especially with how much I rely on it every day. Thankfully, it’s finally fixed now, and I feel so relieved to have it back in working condition.
During the time my phone was broken, I realized just how much I relied on it for everything like from setting reminders and checking the time to staying active on social media. I missed a few important updates and felt a bit out of the loop, which was annoying. Using a spare or borrowing someone else's phone didn’t feel the same, and it made me appreciate how personalized and essential my device had become in my daily life.
Now that it’s fixed, I’m being more careful with it. I’ve put on a sturdy case and a screen protector to avoid any future damage. The repair didn’t just fix my phone, it reminded me to take better care of the things I depend on.
And now that I’m back on track, I’ll also try to be more consistent with my YouTube uploads. I’ve got a few ideas lined up, and with my phone working fine again, I’m excited to create, edit, and share new content regularly.
