At 17 Aness ran his first technical trading algorithms, at 21, he had built his first AI model applied to financial markets for Natixis New York Trading desk (under Yohann Smadja). By 35 Aness had worked as a trader and portfolio manager for Goldman Sachs and Bank of America using smart data driven decisions relying on short & long term strategies.
Computing power: At 16 Aness mounted his first PC with graphic card components. At 23 he was a high frequency trader, and graphic cards were used to run strategies computing power. Connection speed mattered too, we were sitting in trading floors close to Nasdaq... and this is when I bought Nvidia 💸

• POWI stock jumped +20% Monday after unveiling its new PowiGaN gallium-nitride (GaN) technology designed for next-generation 800 VDC AI data centers.
• The company confirmed a collaboration with NVIDIA to accelerate adoption of 800 VDC megawatt-scale power racks for AI infrastructure.
• POWI released a white paper at the 2025 OCP Global Summit (San Jose) detailing its 1250 V and 1700 V PowiGaN devices.
• Its 1250 V PowiGaN HEMTs deliver greater efficiency and power density than traditional 650 V GaN FETs or 1200 V SiC devices, exceeding 98% efficiency benchmarks.
