The Tesla Wall Connector and Fronius Wattpilot are often called EV chargers, but they're not the ones doing the charging. The real charging happens inside your Electric Vehicle. These devices are more accurately termed "Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment" or EVSE. However, to keep it simple, we'll continue to call them EV chargers.
