CIET Cyber Security Department Organizes 5-Day Ethical Hacking Workshop & Hackathon
The Department of Cyber Security at Chalapathi Institute of Engineering and Technology (CIET), Lam, Guntur, successfully organized a 5-Day Workshop on Ethical Hacking, followed by a One-Day Hackathon, held from 2nd September 2025 to 9th September 2025.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Srujan Atluri, CEO of GIR Technologies, who shared his deep insights into ethical hacking concepts, tools, and techniques. Through live demonstrations and interactive sessions, students gained hands-on experience in identifying vulnerabilities and learning security practices to safeguard systems.
The One-Day Hackathon served as the highlight of the program, giving students the opportunity to apply their learning in solving real-time challenges. This competitive platform encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
