It's really easy to get lost in all the self-help guru tips and tricks these days.
There's so many podcasts to listen to, so many shorts, reels about how to improve your life and optimise for health, performance, happiness, etc.
It's also super easy to get wrapped up in the science. What does the science say? Is this bullshit? Is that bullshit?
There's also the Pareto principle of 80/20, which says that 20% of your actions get you 80% of the results, and it's the same in this self-help sphere.
But getting some morning sunlight when it's 2° out and having a coffee feels pretty damn good, and I feel the difference when I get more sun versus when I don't.
Just a reminder to go get some sun in the morning. Hope it helps you have a better day.
