Milan Mijovic - Project Coordinator/Marketing Assistant.
Milan is originally from Serbia and was recruited by Marshall University to play D1 basketball. He had great success while he was on the team from 2014-2018. He was a leader and loved by many of our locals. Milan was also a grad assistant from 2018-2020 for the Thundering Herd. He received a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration (degree in Finance and International business.) He has been trained the Fahey way for project management and we are excited to have his enthusiasm, willingness to serve, and quality mindset here at Fahey. He has recently been promoted to marketing assistant to work together with owner Joshua Fahey on all our social media outlets and advertisement campaigns this year.
He’s not hard to miss at 6 9” and he might just be able to jump on your roof without the ladder 🤣!

Bracket is nailed into solid roof framing and holds a plank that will be installed on top of the bracket.
As it is used in combination with the board (plank), this support system is known as “board and brackets”
It is also known as Roofing Jack.

Proper Ridge-vent installation is CRUCIAL to the life of your roof and warranty!
•Too much ventilation can be an issue as well as not enough. ✅
• “Slant back” vents are approved ventilation applications, however, they are best used on roof planes with lots of hips ( triangles). ✅
• Ridgevent applications should be cut into the peak of the roof a minimum of 2” on each side of the roof plane for adequate airflow release. Proper ventilation on the soffit area of the home is very important to make the airflow properly out of the attic space as well. ✅
•Not all ridgevent applications are the same either. We use the Certainteed @Certainteed ventilation system which installs like a “tongue and groove board” and is installed with 3” hand-driven nails to ensure tight hold ✅
