September is pcos awareness month

at the Tinder age of 13 I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. It has not been an easy journey, but it is a part of my journey. If you’ve been following my platform, you know that I have been talking about my pico’s journey is interesting and now that September is pcos awareness month. it is very important to take care of yourself with pico’s stay on top of it with your primary care physician. Be patient with yourself most importantly, and look at all the options that will best help you on your people’s journey for medication’s to make me even a diet plan, etc. etc.

and most importantly to all my pico’s Warriors, we got this from my hair on our hands and body, so the aches and pains, and even the upsets of irregular periods every day we strive get up and do our best and deal with the every day and if nobody has told you, I will tell you that I’m proud of you and that you are special

I know it’s been a minute, but I am back and will be making and already making content. I am so excited to be back and making content and using my voice and doing what I love.

When I started this brand it was to encourage and inspire if possible all kinds of people from each kind of backgrounds young & old.

Especially people like myself who have health issues and disabilities but get up everyday with a smile on my face and the will power and driven mentality that you should used to encourage & motivate yourself everyday.

The moral of the story is “There is nothing you can not do”. That is what Journey with Asjia Is about I am happy make content and use my platform for good.
