Limit the intake of dairy.

As the milk industry is rapidly growing, there is a very high demand for milk, which is putting cows under stress. There is a high chance that these stress hormones are passed into the milk as well. Moreover, cows are being artificially impregnated.

For ages, milk has been considered nutritious, but not anymore.

To reverse following conditions, intake of dairy has to be stopped for some time period.
1)PCOD
2)Diabetes
3)High cholesterol
4)Thyroid issues, and
5)Gut problems.
