I built this because I was tired of living rushed. Tired of feeling mentally scattered. Tired of normalizing anxiety and calling it “just a busy season.”
The Unhurried Life is not about escaping your responsibilities. It’s about learning how to live anchored to truth in the middle of them.
Inside, we walk through renewing your mind, just like Scripture instructs us to, stepping out of hurried living, building rhythms that actually fit your real life, and creating an environment that supports peace instead of draining it.
For the next week, enrollment is available at a discounted launch rate. After this week, the price will increase. There is also a payment option available if you’d prefer to break it into smaller payments.
This is the lowest price it will ever be offered. I’ll continue adding lessons and free resources as the community grows. What you’re joining now is the foundation of something that will keep growing.

Came to my parents house to celebrate Christmas with family, and when I walked in my mom had “30” balloons waiting for us. 30,000 of you, goodness 🤍. I am so incredibly thankful for each and every one of you. This channel is deeply prayed over by my entire family, and their support means more than I can put into words.

Yesterday was sweet in a quiet, tender, emotional way. I felt so much gratitude for where God has had us these past years and for where He’s leading us next. It’s a different kind of gratitude when God holds you in the middle of a huge life change and all the unknowns. I can’t wait to share more of what He’s doing in our lives with all of you. Thank you for being on this journey with us. It means more than you know!
Gratitude runs so much deeper than we even realize. God designed our bodies to respond to gratitude at a cellular level. It shifts the atmosphere inside us. I pray you felt that deep gratitude yesterday, but also in the quiet ordinary moments today and every day. 🤍

Hey friends, i know it’s been a little quiet on here, but so much has been happening in our life lately.
We had our sweet baby (can’t wait to share the home birth story with you soon 🥹), did some traveling as a family, and also walked through the loss of a loved one. It’s been a mix of joy and grief, and we’ve just needed to step back and be present through it all.
Thank you so much for being patient with us. We’re excited to be back and looking forward to everything coming to the channel soon… new videos, helpful rhythms, and more of what makes home feel like your safe place.
