A career that never sold out to Nashville no matter how many times Nashville tried to buy it.
His widow Kimberly said it best "One of the best singers, songwriters, and performers of our time. Never to be forgotten.
That truck in this photo says everything about the man. Built different. Standing his ground. Not asking permission from anyone.
Rest easy David. The road was long and you rode every mile of it. 🖤🤠
