Just visited a buffalo farm in Goito, in the heart of the Po Valley!

Did you know that not all mozzarella is created equal?
The real Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is made only from the milk of Mediterranean buffaloes raised in specific regions of southern Italy (like Campania and Lazio).

But here in Pianura Padana, especially in places like Goito, buffalo farming is thriving too—producing incredible buffalo milk used for high-quality mozzarella and other dairy products.
