Just watched some of the footage online of Twisted Sister's first comeback show, and Sebastian Bach sounds absolutely killer as expected. You can't stop Rock & Roll! 🤘 Great performance.

Today this channel has reached a major milestone in hitting ONE MILLION VIEWS in under two years since starting 🚀

I couldn't do this without you. That's right, YOU reading this right now. Each one of you has given me direction with where to take this channel and how to continue to grow with your feedback & support. As the channel grows, the quality of what I do here will as well.

Although it only took two years to get here with Ian Scotto Rocks, that's really not the full picture. I've been on YouTube since 2013, and have been in media altogether for 20 years now. Through all of that experience, I created this, and Ian Scotto Rocks is the channel that I've always wanted to make. It's exactly where I want to be, and I made it work through all of the successes & failures these past two decades.

As many of you know, I don't really do social media, but I am on LinkedIn under my name. If you have a YouTube channel yourself or are looking to create one and want to utilize my help to get you to where YOU want to be, I am offering consultation services now that you will see on there. Appreciate it guys. Let's keep this rolling along 🤘

To my surprise, Madison Square Garden WILL in fact be issuing refunds to ticketholders of the Bon Jovi show during the residency that was ended early due to Jon's vocal issues as reported by Mitch Lafon. I did not think this would happen, and I'm sure it made for a logistical nightmare to do, but truly good on all parties involved making it happen. I said this likely wouldn't happen, and well...I was wrong.

Now, what's interesting is that Jon initially said that maybe a makeup date would happen. The fact that it's not, makes me think there's a strong likelihood that the five upcoming UK dates could possibly be the very last for the band. What do you think?

I hope to do a full video on this soon. Appreciate all the recent support on a lot of the recent videos. Rock on forever 🤘

On this day 25 years ago Judas Priest released "Demoliton" 💿

It's hard to believe how long ago it has been! Recently on the channel we covered how Tim "Ripper" Owens has made it clear that it bothers him his era of the band has gone virtually ignored by the band. What did you think of this one? 🤔

On this day in 1992, Megadeth released their most commercially succesful album "Countdown to Extinction" peaking at #2 on Billboard and eventually going 2x platinum 💿

What did you think of it? 🤔 I consider it a classic, although a departure from Megadeth's classic thrash sound to compete with what Metallica was doing at the time. I'm a bigger fan of Youthanasia.

On this day 40 years ago, David Lee Roth released "Eat 'Em and Smile" 💿

What did you think of it? 🤔 It's got some classics and a killer lineup of musicians. Fun fact is that up until very recently, Vixen would come out to the stage for live shows with "Yankee Rose" playing.

On this day TWENTY years ago, Andrew W.K. released one of his most experimental albums, "Close Calls with Brick Walls" 💿

Wow! Time seriously flies, because I remember when this was very new prior to interviewing Andrew. It has a lot of great stuff, some really weird stuff, but "You Will Remember Tonight" especially is a beautiful song and an all-time classic. What did you think of it? 🤔

Rest In Peace to guitarist Shaun Glass. He is most known as an original member of Chicago band Soil, but I actually know his work best from Dirge Within. Their first album was produced by the great Edsel Dope and featured the late great Wayne Static (RIP to Wayne as well.) I'm sure some of you will also appreciate the Michael Schenker Group shirt in the pic.

Shaun passed away at only 57 after suffering complications following a stroke.

On this day way back in 1982, Judas Priest released "Screaming for Vengeance" in the U.S. 💿

Is it a classic? 🤔 "You've Got Another Thing Comin'" was their biggest single ever and has remained a staple on classic rock radio.
