With over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life, I now run a private therapy practice focused on LGBTQIA+ relationships and religious trauma recovery. In 2020, I stepped into the content creation space with the commitment to supporting our community—both in the therapy room and here on YouTube.

As a queer woman and licensed therapist, I bring both lived experience and professional training to these videos. Hey friends! We are in Miami just getting back form our cruise. Unfortunately, I got sick a few days ago and am SO behind on my editing and posting that I am not sure when this week's video is going to be up.
