Verse Of Muhammad

Hadith:

Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him):

I heard Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) saying, "If there was a river at the door of any one of you and he took a bath in it five times every day, would there remain any dirt on him?" They (the companions) said, "Not a trace of dirt would remain on him." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) then said, "That is the example of the five prayers with which Allah blots out (annuls) evil deeds.

"Then he said, "Do you not see that if a man commits a sin, then he prays two rak'ahs, his sin is forgiven? Then if he commits another sin and prays two rak'ahs, his sin is forgiven? And if he commits another sin and prays two rak'ahs, his sin is forgiven?"The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) continued, "When the slave stands up to pray, he comes with all his sins placed upon his head and shoulders. Whenever he bows or prostrates, those sins fall off him. Thus, the prayer is an expiation for sins committed between them, as long as the major sins are avoided."He further said, "The five daily prayers, and from one Friday prayer to the next Friday prayer, and from Ramadan to Ramadan, are expiations for the sins committed in between, provided major sins are avoided.
