Complexity Records
Complexity Records brings the past and present together.
We take the soul, harmonies, melodies, and unmistakable sounds of yesterday and bring them into today's world with modern stories, modern language, modern problems, and absolutely no shortage of foolishness.
From vintage soul and funk to R&B, country, and everything in between, Complexity Records is where yesterday's sound meets today's culture.
Old-school sound. Modern-day problems. Timeless foolishness.

šØ NEW EVA MAE VIDEO DROPS TODAY šØ
āBlocking You Felt Better Than Loving Youā
š°ļø 1978 Official Video
ā° Premieres today at 12:15 PM Central Time
This is probably the most realistic and cinematic video Iāve made so far. Full lip-syncing. Better visuals. Better animation. Better storytelling. Definitely a huge step forward creatively.
Eva Mae been ahead of her time since 1978 apparently. š
Also, HUGE thank you to everybody who has become a Complexity Records member. Yāall support means more than you know, especially during this busy season of life. Between work, graduation prep, and getting ready for the World Cup traffic madness in Houston, Iāve been moving slower than usualā¦ but trust me:
BIG PLANS are coming.
š„ MEMBER PERKS are officially expanding:
ā¢ Alternate versions of songs
ā¢ Early access releases
ā¢ Exclusive content
ā¢ Members only drops
ā¢ Creator Circle members can now request a custom song topic
And yesā¦
The MEMBERS ONLY alternate version of āBlocking You Felt Better Than Loving Youā will be dropping this week exclusively for members. More alternate versions coming soon...

Appreciate everybody still rocking with Complexity Records, Streets & Sheets, Teddy Banks, Eva Mae, and the whole universe we building over here. ā¤ļø
I know I havenāt been posting or responding as much lately, but trust meā¦ Iāve been working.
One thing I realized is we already got A LOT of music out, so now part of the mission is maximizing the reach, building the brand bigger, and getting this music in front of more ears across multiple platforms.
So moving forward, expect:
š„ Slowed editions
š„ Alternate versions
š„ Member exclusives
š„ More late-night vibes
š„ More storytelling
š„ More visuals
š„ More worlds to step into
Also huge thank you to everybody that became a member already. Yāall are appreciated more than you know. Iāll be doing an official member appreciation post very soon once I get caught up on everything.
Right now Iām also working on Eva Maeās upcoming album while continuing to build out the Streets & Sheets side of Complexity Records.
And yesā¦
the FULL visual for āBlocking You Was Better Than Loving Youā is on the way. š
Iām also pushing myself to grow more on other platforms too. TikTok, reels, shortsā¦ all that. Iām old school, so this a whole new lane for me, but we adapting and evolving.
If yāall been enjoying the music, videos, comedy, and vibes, definitely keep sharing the content. Word of mouth really helps independent creators more than people realize.
Much love to everybody supporting this movement. More heat coming soon.

Everywhere.
It might take a few hours, maybe even a couple days, to fully show up everywhereā¦ but the official release date is TODAY.

And donāt worryā¦
I still got yāall on YouTube too.
Iām doing one cleaner re-upload of the video for YouTubeā¦
But the original version that got pulled?
Iām gonna try to get that version back out through the distributors so yāall can watch it the way it was originally meant to be seen.
Alsoā¦
