Join me for today's jazz masterclass at 11:00 am EST. We'll be exploring jazz piano soloing ideas over a Imaj7 to IVmaj7 vamp. In addition to scale choices, we’ll also explore the bebop language, focusing on techniques and lines. Expect a detailed breakdown of bebop-style phrasing, chromatic passing tones, and enclosure techniques that help “spell out” the chords while adding a sense of forward motion and excitement to your solos.
