After 16 years in corporate American, I left Dallas, TX and the corporate rat race. A longing for home and a desire to be closer to my family prompted a move home, back to a small town in South Central Louisiana call Morgan City. I decided I needed a change of pace and that my knowledge of business and in particular my experience in restaurants with the love and knowledge of all things BBQ I brought back from Texas along with my South Louisiana roots in cooking would create a winning combination. I founded East Gate BBQ, Morgan City, LA in 2011. I hope you enjoy our journey and us having fun with new digital tools at our disposal.
