Good evening my idiots, I bring a health update now that I've had an endoscopy of my esophagus and stomach. The good news is that nothing severe like a tumor or ulcer was found, but there is some moderate inflammation (Gastritis) in a few spots that got biopsied to check for infection that hopefully comes back negative. So, yeah, I got a sensitive stomach, but looks like ANXIETY has won in the end as the root of all major issues. And to celebrate that we're gonna play some Hector Hard Mode TONIGHT. And then either tomorrow or Saturday the boys and I will PEAK to CAP off the year.

Hey guys, thanks for all the kind words in the comments of the last post. I was out of the ER a couple hours after the last post was made and by many metrics: I'm all good. Like, according to everything they checked I'm in picturesque good health. Which in a way makes me feel silly for even going, but when you have chronic, atypical chest pain for 2 months and it suddenly gets worse, you go to the ER. That said, as previously suspected by my primary, the ER doc assumes it's severe GERD and anxiety - y'know, two things that mimic heart attacks - so I'll be chasing some solutions regarding those two issues. But the worst part of it has been the mental strain that I hope to bounce back from in a few days, but until then no streams, sadly. BUT do keep an eye out for the Deltarune Ch. 3+4 highlight video in the meanwhile! Thanks again guys, I'm not done yet.

Hey guys, my ongoing medical issues got worse over the weekend so I ended up going to the ER (where I'm waiting right now) to finally, HOPEFULLY, figure something out. So not sure what the streaming schedule is gonna look like, but might be a minute before I'm back in action or could be back in a few days.

Alright guys, I'm still fucked up for whatever reason and until I'm feeling properly back to normal, streaming is off the table, or at least Fire Emblem is since last stream it exacerbated my symptoms heavily. So while that playthrough has been incredibly special so far and I promise to see it through (and I want to see it through), whatever's going on right now with me - whether it's just stress or something more underlying - I need to shelve it until I'm thoroughly in the clear. Gonna give myself at least a week to hopefully stabilize and then look to start streaming something far less taxing. In the meanwhile, I'm gonna begin work on the Raidou highlight video.

Pic is how I feel waking up with a pounding chest that will just subside to mostly normal after 5 hours and my vitals read normal the whole time despite the immense discomfort.

Hey guys, no stream tonight and probably not tomorrow either as I had a medical scare that started yesterday with minor symptoms, subsided in a few hours, then came back today worse, so I went to an urgent care to make sure nothing critical was going on and thankfully there wasn't, but the doctor did advise me to get some stuff checked out and even gave me a referral to the ER if things get worse. In all likelihood, it was some form of anxiety/panic symptoms that will hopefully have passed for good, but still gonna try and see my doctor asap.

Death Stranding 2's slapstick-ass highlight video is up today at 3 PM EDT. It has a "normal" youtube thumbnail for once, do not be afraid. My estimate of it being about an hour was off by +20 minutes, but it's still very concise with the clips as there is little story focus in it. I had a very fun time putting it together (you'll see why) and I'm happy to report that the marker system does make for easy workflow. I do still worry I'll have missed a good joke or through-line bit that I wasn't aware of without rewatching the stream myself, so please keep the "markers" in chat coming and if there's a bit from a previous stream you wanted to make sure I didn't miss feel free to bring it to my attention. Thank you.

Also, no stream tonight as I'm figuring out what to play next and I'm trying to think outside the box a little bit. If you have any suggestions leave them here. If you say Silksong I will cry.
