My husband discovered his gluten sensitivity at 25 after years of suffering, and my daughter was diagnosed at just three Our kitchen transformed into both sanctuary and experiment lab. Armed with determination and a pinch of culinary curiosity, I embarked on a quest: to make gluten-free food that wasn’t just safe, but delicious, beautiful, and joyful. Every recipe became an experiment, every failed cake a lesson, every triumph a celebration. I learned to swap, blend, invent. This journey grew from necessity into pure passion—driven by love, creativity, and the thrill of overcoming gluten’s challenges.
