Hello and happy Fanart Friday! The first slide is of Sitaara/Fatima from Jaadugar: A Witch’s Life in Mongol. If you haven’t seen it yet I highly recommend it! The first episode paints such a beautiful picture of 13th century Iran, and the imagery of Central Asia throughout the rest of the series is also breathtaking. If anything, please watch it for the art!

Lately I have been having a horrible time trying to upload multiple images into YouTube posts??? Is anyone else having this problem???

Exes to lovers stories, amirite?

Hello and happy Friday! Instead of just wanted to remind everyone that I do in fact have a webtoon that I update every other week and that I updated it this week!! These past few episodes have been part of a slow buildup to ease us into the later episodes so I have Ben feeling pretty guilty about the slow update schedule, but this output speed is what I am currently capable of doing. So if you have still been with me after all this time despite my hiatus I just want you to know I really appreciate you!

I wanna start a series called Fanart Fridays where I upload fanart on Fridays. Groundbreaking, I know. The other drawings are not fanart, though, they are just practice drawings.

Last weekend at the bazaar I decided to test out the Carioca alcohol markers gifted to me at Comic Con and I have been reminded of the joys and struggles of alcohol markers. Definitely wish there were more colors, though!

The origin story of We Can Be Happy is quite a long one, but the short version is that it started out as a pitch for Creators 4 Creators, a grant for comic artists that as far as I know does not exist anymore.
I applied back in 2018 with a slightly different premise (Nat and Westie were already dating in the original, believe it or not) and I created 6 sample pages for my submission.
The scene depicted in the sample pages has survived somewhat in episodes 21 and 22! You can see them side by side here, although please be understanding as my art skills have improved A LOT since then.
Looking back I have no idea why I thought this was a good scene to showcase my potential as a comic artist… I think it was just the only scene I could think of from the story I had in mind at that time.
Anyway this has been another post to satisfy my social media posting schedule. I hope you’ve enjoyed!

Happy Pride! As usual I am posting an illustration at the end of the month because I am the queen of doing things at the last minute 😎 I wanted to do an illustration of Cole and Ray but I hesitated because they have barely appeared in my series and technically their sexuality is not going to be revealed until MUCH later. But it makes me so happy to see them happy, considering the fact that Cole is going to spend most of his arc being miserable and grumpy haha.

We are about 3 weeks away from the comeback!! Are you guys ready or what???

If you are just seeing this and don’t know what I am talking about, my webtoon We Can Be Happy has been on hiatus since last summer after the mid-season finale. It will be making its return on June 22nd to resume my Monday upload schedule! The reason the hiatus has taken so long is because I took about a year scripting and thumbnailing the next 30 episodes, and these past couple months I’ve been preparing a buffer of episodes so I don’t fall off the schedule. I’m a little short on my buffer, unfortunately, but hopefully the breaks to my update schedule will be minimal! I’m hoping to squeeze in time to make more promotional reels and such but obviously actually drawing the comic takes priority. I hope you guys follow along for the adventure and I hope you give reading the webtoon a chance!

Witch Hat Atelier Stickers!
I made them at the last minute because I am loving the anime adaptation so much so far. I want to catch up on the manga too, but l'm not sure how to get ahold of copies in Greece. I sold these at comic con and I think I was one of the few to have stickers of all the apprentices, it seem like Qifrey is the fan favorite lol or as Olruggio says in the English dub, KEEFREH!!
Anyway please enjoy my illustrations of Coco, Agott, Tetia and Richeh. I love these girls so much!
