Actually we can double down, bows and crossbows should be more effective against flying mobs (Ghast, happy ghast, parrot, bat, allay, vex, Ender Dragon, Wither, blaze, and phantom; maybe breeze? The second phase of the Wither fight would still be immune to arrows), against any entity with the levitation status effect, and against players flying with elytras
