Sometimes, when life beats you down, the best thing you can do is to cry. Reach out. Rant. Create. But never beat yourself up as well. There are many things in life you cannot control. But you can control your thoughts. I find it best that when I'm struggling to do my work, if I find a moment to just cry for ten minutes I'll be able to pick myself back up and complete that work I've got to do.

Just breathe. Let it out. And Breathe again.
