10km run on a hot day!!

I didnt plan this run. It was meant to be a short walk as I was not fully sure if I had recovered from my flare in lower back due to my autoimmune condition #ankylosingspondylitis

But my heart wanted something else today.. And told me I was ready!! My #egoscue exercises (e-cises) paid off!!

Halfway thru I started running😃 and completed 10KM strongly. Always listen to your heart!!

So what do you see in the below pic?

You may see a healthy young man but Preet is a battling severe joint pain for few months now. He is very active man full of life, a regular gym goer and a budding entrepreneur.

He developed a nagging pain in heels (resulting in hammer toes), pain in lower back and other joints which hampered his normal activity. He was diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis.

Soon, he developed severe issues in even going for a normal walks. 😞

He signed up immediately when we met online for my "6 week posture power program".💪

Its been just 4 weeks and already we can see big improvements:
