You might notice things look a bit different. That's because I’m officially rebranding the channel from The Seal to Seal Examines Games. As the channel has grown, my focus has shifted toward deeper, more critical analysis of game design and industry trends. I wanted a name and a look that reflected that direction. This change, along with a new logo and banner, is a commitment to providing the high quality video essays you’ve come to expect. This change doesn’t alter the games I’ve been exploring here, only the lens through which I examine them. I’m excited to continue this journey with all of you.

Hey everyone, I hope you’re all doing well.

I wanted to share an update on my situation and how it's affecting the channel. If you've been following me on X, you probably know that my homeland, Iran, is currently under attack by Israel. I've been back here for a few days and I just can't bring myself to leave my family behind.

Because of that, things aren't suitable right now for playing, editing, or talking about games. It really hurts how chaotic and uncertain everything feels but sadly, it's all out of my hands.

If things settle down, I promise to return to making videos and to keep improving their quality. That is if I make it out of this... So we'll have to see how things turn out.

No matter what happens, I want to thank every single one of you for the support over the past year. We went from under 100 subs to 3.3k in just 12 months and that means the world to me.

Thank you for everything. I hope I get the chance to make more content for you again.

Hey everyone, quick update! A few days ago I mentioned that I hadn’t received a review code for Assassin’s Creed Shadows and would be buying the game myself to review it later. Well, that was still the case until literally 30 minutes ago when something unexpected happened! Ubisoft has now provided me with a review code, so I’ll be jumping in a day early.... That said, nothing changes. As you can see, I’m playing the game much later than other reviewers so my review will still be 100% honest, in-depth, and worth the wait. I want to take my time with Shadows and deliver something truly detailed and unbiased for you all. I still can’t believe how long this whole process of receiving the code took (💀) but hey I thought it was important to share the details with you because transparency matters more than anything. Can’t wait to share my thoughts soon! 👀
