Sans's blood in the genocidal route is not from Sans nor is it determination but from Frisk's blood since a few moments before giving the final blow Sans throws us through all the walls and always leaving us at 1 hp meaning that We are all beaten and bleeding and since Frisk has a knife it can happen that part of the blood stays on that knife and when giving the final blow with the bleeding knife it leaves part of the blood on Sans
The reason why darkners cannot be in another dark world is because the dark world theme does not fit what each darkner is (rolux turns into stone because he is a card but the world is the cybernetic world) That's why these don't belong in a world, but the reason why they can be in Castletown is because this is a closet, something in which you can put anything and it's not out of the ordinary.
