Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something personal today that you probably wouldn’t guess about me from my videos.
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had really bad social anxiety. Whenever I leave the house whether it’s going to school or just being around people outside except my family and friends I get super nervous.
In class, even when I know the right answer, I can’t stand up to answer. My hands get freezing cold, start shaking, and my heart beats so fast.
Just today, my dad called and said his boss wanted to talk to me on the phone. He told me to talk well because everyone was listening. I panicked so hard. My hands were shaking, my heart was racing, and because English isn’t my first language, I just blurted out whatever came to my mind. Now I can’t stop overthinking everything I said!
I know I might seem confident online, but this is my real life daily struggle. Honestly, I get really scared about my future and how I’ll survive in social situations.
To be honest, sharing this with you all makes me feel so much better and lighter and Thanks for being such a sweet and safe community for me. ❤️
