1. Heat oil in a pan and add the boiled potato cubes.
2. Lightly sautΓ© until they turn golden and crispy.
3. Transfer the potatoes to a mixing bowl and let them cool slightly.
4. Add chopped onion, green chili, and pomegranate seeds(annar).
5. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
6. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and a generous handful of sev just before serving.

Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch of sev.
You can also add some mint chutney or imli chutney for extra flavor. #recipe #aloochat

🍞 *Bread Pizza Recipe* – Easy Snack in 10 Minutes!
Turn your regular bread into cheesy, delicious pizza in minutes!

🍳 *Instructions:*

1. Prep the base.
Take bread slices and apply a thin layer of butter on one side.

2. Spread the sauce
On the other side, spread pizza sauce or ketchup evenly.

3. Add toppings
Add chopped onions, capsicum, and tomato over the sauce.

4. Add cheese & seasoning
Sprinkle grated cheese generously. Add oregano and chilli flakes.

5. Toast or bake

*Tawa method* : Heat a pan, place the bread slice, cover with lid, and cook on low flame for 3–4 mins until cheese melts.

*Oven method* : Preheat to 180Β°C and bake for 8–10 mins.

6. Serve hot
Slice and enjoy your quick homemade bread pizza!

*Paneer Masala Recipe | Easy & Spicy Cottage Cheese Curry*

Paneer Masala – A rich, creamy and flavorful curry that brings the restaurant taste to your home kitchen!

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ *Instructions:*

1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add finely chopped onions and sautΓ© until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for 1-2 minutes till the raw smell disappears.
4. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
5. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. SautΓ© for another minute.
6. Add water (about Β½ to 1 cup) and bring the curry to a boil.
7. Add the paneer cubes and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
8. Sprinkle garam masala and crushed kasuri methi.
9. Add cream if using, mix gently and simmer for 2 more minutes.
10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

β€’ Mixed herbs, chili flakes
β€’ Butter or oil for brushing

1️⃣ Preheat a tawa or oven (180Β°C).
