As a licensed, practicing attorney, my goal is to provide commentary & information on noteworthy legal & true crime cases, such as the 2014 murder of FSU law professor Dan Markel & DC lawyer Robert Wone's 2006 murder. Some content will be on the lighter side with comedy. This channel is dedicated in memory of George C. Lin, the founder of the DC APA Film Festival and president of the San Diego AA Film Festival, who encouraged me to continue making creative works as a form of empowerment. "Asian American Focus" was a public access television show produced through The Peoples Channel (Channel 8) in Chapel Hill, North Carolina from 2001-2008. Guests were notable local and out-of-town community leaders, artists, writers, and scholars with an "Asian American Focus." Thank you to Matthew Burke, the late director of the station, for allowing us to produce the show.

Any rumors of Katie Magbanua getting out soon are just rumors. Georgia Cappleman definitely did not say that at the Dan Markel CLE in March. She only hinted that maybe sometime Katie might get a deal. I discussed it extensively with the help of @ThisIsLeslieB on Friday in a members' only livestream, as well as the previous weekend. I'm off to court now but will provide more information when I have time.

DENIED! CHARLIE ADELSON'S conviction for the murder of FSU law professor Dan Markel has been affirmed by the Court of Appeal. Here are the first 10 pages. I'll put up more later and possibly livestream tomorrow night or Friday. Things are pretty busy here, since I have a big court hearing tomorrow & need to prepare. Glad Charlie will stay where he belongs. I tried getting his South Dakota prison records earlier this year & couldn't get anything.

The anniversary of Dan Markel's death is July 6th in accordance with the Jewish calendar. Ruth Markel's book about her son's murder and her family's experience with the trials is titled, "The Unveiling." It's a must read and is available on Amazon and Audible.
