We all have heard this from our elders that Be good, Be nice and all through our childhood / teenage / early adulthood, all we did was to try hard to prove that we are good. We were told to speak nice even when we didnt feel like which basically was our older generations programming us for a life like them which was full of seeking validation from others and not respecting their own inner being. Little did they know that the world would evolve so rapidly and we were the generational trauma breakers of the family. So, today all I want you to know is that Its okay to be authentic and express all your emotions. Emotions are not good or bad , its the people who make us feel either way. So , practice authenticity.
