Happy Fourth of July. 🇺🇸
Today isn’t just about fireworks.
It’s about remembering that freedom is never something we should take for granted. It’s built by ordinary people who sacrifice, serve, work, vote, create, care for their neighbors, and keep believing that tomorrow can be better than today.
The world often rewards outrage because it grabs attention. But history is moved forward by people who choose something harder: courage instead of fear, curiosity instead of certainty, and compassion instead of contempt.
You don’t have to agree with everyone to recognize their humanity. You don’t have to think the same to stand beside one another when it matters.
Patriotism isn’t pretending a country is flawless. It’s believing it’s worth improving. It’s celebrating what we’ve achieved while continuing the work that’s still ahead.
So today, enjoy the cookouts. Watch the fireworks. Spend time with the people you love. Thank those who serve their communities in ways big and small.
And wherever you are, leave the world just a little kinder than you found it.

Can someone please help me understand the purpose of homeowners insurance?
You pay premiums month after month, year after year. Then when your roof gets old and needs replacing, you’re told it’s not covered because it wasn’t caused by a storm or hail damage.
If normal wear and aging aren’t covered, what exactly are homeowners paying for all these years? I’m genuinely trying to understand how this makes sense.
